There’s a great page that shows you all the things you can do to get more from your Google searches at www.google.com/landing/searchtips. Feel free and check that site around.

If you can’t remember the exact wording of a phrase, you can replace any missing words with an asterisk symbol. For example, “An apple a say keeps the * away”.

Googel has a test search site www.searchmash.com. This displays search results from the web along with matching images, blogs, videos and Wikipedia entries all on the same page.
